Five or Six Weight Gain Meals Daily to Add "ONE" Pound



I n order to gain weight, you will need to eat weight gain meals high in calories. Many hard gainers don't understand the way to eat properly. They consume two to three meals daily and believe that is enough.

It is not simple to write a meal plan to gain weight for everyone so we have decided to give you a little help to jump start your weight gain routine.

Healthy Weight Gain

To put on weight you will need to eat an estimated amount of 3500 calories per day. Following these types of strict weight gain diets will only work if you're consistent. For any hard gainer this will be like pulling teeth, you're so accustomed to eating huge amounts in two to three meals, but now you will have to divide your meals.

You will also have to count the amount of calories you consume per meal.

Creating a meal plan for five to six meals isn't an easy task therefore we will create a routine meal plan for a day. You can change and adjust it for the other days of the week.

Daily Weight Gaining Meal Planner

Breakfast

  • 2 slice of white bread with butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of Orange Juice
  • a banana

Mid-Morning Snack

  • A Cup of chocolate milk
  • 2 pieces of dried fruit
  • A bagel
Lunch
  • Grilled Chicken Breast
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 Corn on the cob
  • A juice
Mid-Afternoon Snack
  • Cheese and crackers
  • Yoghurt
  • A Glass of Lemonade
Dinner
  • Fish
  • Cooked Vegetables
  • Rice
  • A juice
After Dinner Snack
  • Peanut butter and jelly sandwich
  • A Glass of Milk

The idea here was to give you an example of one of our meal plans. You just have to add your meal and tally the amount of calories. Each meal should amount to roughly 600 or 700 calories.
